There is no such thing as an ideal organisation, however CLA attempts to get as close to idealism as possible. Although this is introduced through a mission statement, it then becomes a matter of chance or circumstance as to it's success. Customised People Development on the other hand, permits a far more practical approach. It presents at an introductory level, a range of innovations which in retrospect are welcomed opportunities for constructive change.

Having spent time assessing needs in a wide range of cultures, CLA are able to come up with some surprises for the client. The Induction is one of them. Its importance is often overlooked and simply seen as a process to be rolled out as required. For many a renewal of the Induction programme is well overdue, therefore CLA enables clients to move from the energetic enthusiasm of the training plan, to a successful implementation.
